Lane Lines is one of the most traditional Greek ferry companies with headquarters in Crete (Agios Nikolaos). The company forms part of a larger group of companies (ANEK Lines, joint venture of ANEK-SUPERFAST), which operate from Piraeus to Crete and several popular destinations of the Aegean Sea. Lane Lines fleet is only consisted by one vessel, V. Kornaros.
Destinations served by V. Kornaros through scheduled itineraries departing from Piraeus: Santorini and Anafi (Cyclades), Sitia (Crete), Kasos, Karpathos, Chalki, Rhodes (Dodecanese islands). Lane Lines is the only company which connects Piraeus port with Kithira and Kissamos (northern part of Crete). V. Kornaros is scheduled to operate long distance itineraries with frequent stops not only to well-known destinations (i.e. Santorini), but to remote islands of equal importance as well (i.e. Karpathos). As a result, the Lane Lines departures from Piraeus are quite irregular.
